Niconico mansion is the brain child of Nico Genze, a fashion and interior designer who graduated Magna cum laude from F.I.T in New York.
As a sister company from niconico swimwear in 2012 Nico had the urge to design an Art villa with the concept that every room has a different design. He wanted to creat a space the guests feel that every time they would visit they could dive into a new world just by staying in a new room. The themes are Japanese, pop-art on the ground floor, romantic, colonial, Chinese and the black-room or honeymoon suit.
Within the villa he did put great emphasis on art and games. It’s suppose to be a place, where adults can feel in an adults playground, with Billard, Table-Fußball, Minigolf, mega jenga and table tennis just to name a few.
